Vicky Elizabeth Washington, born on June 27, 1955, in Houston, Texas, to loving parents Roy Lee Washington and Bernadine Oliver Washington, passed away on June 14, 2025, in Houston, Texas. She leaves behind cherished memories for all who loved and knew her.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025. The viewing will take place from 10 to 10:55 am, followed by an 11 am funeral service at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, located at 4200 Lockwood Dr., Houston, Texas 77026, with Pastor Barry Moore officiating. Interment will be private.
