Toi Michelle Williams born September 23, 1977 to the loving parents, Arthur Bradshaw and Benita Williams in Houston, Texas. Ms. Williams
passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017. Her life celebration will be Saturday, May 25, 2017 during an 11 am funeral service. There will be a viewing beginning at 10 am. Both services will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel 5806 N Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028. Interment will be going to Houston Memorial Garden Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Willie Morris.
