Sheryl Phelps Hosea, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 in Humble, Texas.  She was born on August 5, 1954 in Houston, Texas to loving parents, Cleotha Lee Phelps and Margie Bell Davis Phelps.

A visitation for Sheryl will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 10 am to 10:55 am followed by funeral service starting at 11 am.  Services will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel, 5806 N. Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028.

Pastor George E. Burrell, Sr., of Internal Hope Fellowship Church, League City, Texas will be officiating service.
