Samuel Wingo was born September 1, 1929 to Jeff Wingo and Rosie Morgan Wingo in Shreveport, Louisiana. He passed away on April 5, 2017 in The Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Medical Center Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Services will be held Monday, April 17, 2017 - Visitation from 10 to 10:55am, followed by funeral service at 11am. Services will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel, 5806 N. Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028 - Rev. Henry Allen, Officiating.
Burial will take place in Houston National (VA) Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas 77038 at 1:15pm.
