Ms. Ruth Ann Perkins-Pickron was born on December 26, 1947, in Rayville Louisiana.

On July 9, 2021, Ruth Ann. was called home to rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior.  She leaves to cherish loving memories to all who loved and knew her.
