Roy Lee Thomas was born September 15, 1945 in Grand Cane, Louisiana, to the loving parents Cardie and Hattie  Thomas.  The Thomas family later moved to Houston, Texas.   Roy graduated from B. C. Elmore High School.  Roy passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018.  He will truly be missed by his loved ones.  Roy Thomas will be funeralized on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11 am.  There will be a viewing from 10 - 11 am.  Both services will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel, 5806 N Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028.  Interment will be private.  Officiating will be Rev. Isaiah Augustus.
