Rose Kathryn Gipson-Jelks passed away on November 18, 2019 In Houston, Texas. She was born on April 6, 1950 to loving parents, Ransom Gipson and Beulah Fenley Gipson in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Celebration of her life will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019. Visitation starting at 10 am followed by funeral service at 11 am. Celebration will be held at Word of Life Outreach Church, 11230 Homestead Rd., Houston, Texas 77016. Pastor Derek L. Campbell, Officiant.
Burial will take place at Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery (Pearland, Texas).
