On a bright and glorious morning, Eddie and Mattie DeBose was blessed with a son whom they named, Ronel J. DeBose. At an early age, he joined and was baptized at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. Ronel loved washing cars and cutting grass to make extra money, and he did it with a big smile on his face.
Ronel attended public school in the Pleasantville area, where he attended Furr High School.
He was preceded in death by both parents, Eddie and Mattie DeBose. he leaves to cherish his memories three brothers: Eddie C. DeBose Jr.; Larry C. DeBose Sr. (Charlotte); and John W. DeBose. He also leaves two sisters: Carol L. DeBose-Atkins (Lloyd); and Tena DeBose-Redd (Walter Sr.). A special friend, Shelia Ealy; host of other friends and relatives.
Viewing will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 10:00am. Immediately followed by a funeral service at 11:00am. Both services will be held at First Missionary Baptist Church, 8730 Leander St., Houston, Texas 77012. Officiating, Pastor Craig A. Smith. Interment will be Monday, March 28, 2016, Houston National Cemetery.
