Mr.Robert E. Allen was born July 22, 1951, to loving parents James Moore and Dora Lee Allen in Houston, Texas.

On April 30, 2021, Robert was called home to rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior.  He leaves to cherish loving memories to all who loved and knew him.

A viewing will be held from 2:00 pm- 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 11, 2021,  at Duncan Mortuary Chapel following a burial on Wednesday at Paradise North Cemetery.

In light of concerns regarding the community spread of COVID-19, Duncan Mortuary strongly urge that, per some church and cemetery instructions, services, and burials are being subjected to adhere to CDC guidelines to avoid groups of no more than 75 people at church and gravesite.  Gatherings will consist of family members and friends at your discretion.  We request your assistance in communicating and adhering to the guidelines when requested by the church and cemetery officials.
