Patrica Ann Pennington passed away on March 12, 2024, at 74 years old. She was born on September 5, 1949, to loving parents Willie Jefferson and Dorothy Clemons in Houston, Texas. She leaves to cherish her memories family and friends.

A Service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024.  With a Viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. Followed by an 11:00 a.m. Service. Both services will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel. 5806 N.Wayside Dr,  Houston, Texas 77028

Interment: Houston Memorial Garden Cemetery.
