On December 28, 1959 in Houston, Texas, a baby boy was born to Occie R. Emanuel and Jewelleen Hicks-Williams.  They named him Ocie Charles Gates.  He passed away on February 21, 2020.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020.  Visitation will began at 10 am, followed by funeral service at 11 am.  Both services will be held at Fallbrook Church, 12512 Walters Rd., Houston, Texas 77014 - Pastor Michael A. Pender, Sr. -  Pastor Robert Cotton of Rising Star Baptist Church, Eulogist.

Interment at Paradise North Cemetery, 10401 W. Montgomery Rd., Houston, TX 77088.
