Melissa Ann Victor Frank was born to Paul Jessie and Edna (Baltazar) Victor on August 17, 1970 in Houston, Texas. Melissa was an active, fun loving child who grew to be an amazingly courageous woman. At the age of 49 Mrs. Frank departed this life on September 27, 2019 here in Houston Texas.

Melissa leaves to cherish Husband AJ Frank Jr, her Parents: Paul and Edna Victor. Her children Clarence Jeffery Jr, Jermiya Jeffery, Jeresa Pope. Her step-children Deonte Frank, Maya Frank, Jazmine Frank , Dejah Frank. Two sisters: Roszina Victor, Zena Victor( Scott) Freeman. Three brothers: Paul ( Tangelia) Victor, Jessie (Delvina) Victor, Fredrick (Hattie) Victor Her grandchildren Robert Jeffery, Ja'mariya Jeffery , Key'Niah Frank, London Frank, Victoria-Ann Jacobs, Aleeah Jeffery, Wyatt Jacobs, A'Mariah Frank, and Jermiya Jeffery Jr. And a host of Nieces and Nephews.

Services for Mrs. Frank will be held at Little Union Baptist Church which is located on 6609 Letcher St, Houston, TX 77028. Viewing will start at 9am followed by an 10 am Funeral services. Pastor Roszina Victor Officiating

Interment will be held at Brookside Cemetery located on 13401 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039
