Mary Louise Guillory was born on August 4, 1960 to the union of Irving and Garbe Mose-Guillory in Lafayette, LA. She graduated from Sylmar High School in Sylmar, CA.

Mary united in Holy Matrimony to Kenneth Carlton, Sr. In 1979 they welcomed their first-born child, Kenneth, Jr. In 1985, Mary welcomed a daughter, Unique. Mary was employed for Continental Airlines while in living in the California area. Later moving to Houston, Texas, where she began a wonderful career with the Harris County Tax Assessors Office where she retired in 2004. She continued her adventures and joined Houston Metro Transit Authority in 2006, where she remained joyfully employed until 2011.

Mary departed this life on November 5, 2015. Her parents Irving and Garbe Guillory, brother, Irving Guillory, II and sister Marjorie Guillory all preceded her in death.

Mary leaves to cherish her precious memories: son, Kenneth Carlton (Alicia) and daughter Unique Magraff (Rodell). Brother Murphy Guillory and sisters: Dorothy Guillory, Shirley Louis, Mary-Jane Jordan and Betty James. A Special companion Kenneth Butler.

She also leaves her fur-baby, Denzel and grand fur-babies Major, Korbin, Ava and Hammie. Host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm on Saturday,November 14, 2015 at Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, 3618 Stassen St. Houston, TX 77051. Julius W. Guillory - Officiating; Kenneth K. Rose, Pastor. Interment at Houston Memorial Garden Cemetery
