Louis Achain Sr.'s Obituary
Pastor Louis Achain Sr. was born October 26, 1926 in Waxia, Louisiana to Babe Achain and Mary Peterson Achain. He moved to Houston, Texas in his early 20's. He left this old house on December 14, 2017 with his ticket in his hands, standing at the station after a gradual decline in his health.
Pastor Achain is preceded in death by his parents, his son Louis Jr., all of his sisters and brothers, along with other relatives.
He leaves to mourn loving memories of him: a daughter, Earnestine Achain, 9 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
Home Going service will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017. Visitation 9:30 to 10:55am - Funeral service starting at 11am. Services will be held at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 7818 Bonaire St., Houston, Texas 77028 - Rev. Lee Skinner, Pastor and Rev. Leroy Jackson, Eulogist.
Burial Golden Gate Cemetery (Houston, Texas).
Pastor Achain is preceded in death by his parents, his son Louis Jr., all of his sisters and brothers, along with other relatives.
