On July 21, 1977 a beautiful baby girl was born to loving parents Wilbert Marshall and Willie W. Washington Marshall in Houston, Texas.  They named her LaToya Lynette.  On the 1st day of February, 2019,  she received her wings from heaven and was called to rest.

Loving memories of her will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones and all who  knew her.

Family and friends will celebrate LaToya's life on Saturday, February 9, 2019.  Visitation  10 to 10:45 am followed by 11 am funeral service, at Willing Workers Baptist Church, 6900 Weaver Rd., Houston, Texas 77028.  Rev. James C. Carrington, Jr., Pastor and Rev. Joey L. Washington, Eulogist.
