Larry Robert Fowler born January 28, 1950 in Kingston, Louisiana.  His parents  were John Fowler Sr., and Cloteal  Fowler.  Mr. Fowler was a member of the United States Army.  Mr. Fowler passed away on January 22, 2019.  He will be laid to rest on Friday, February 1, 2019.  A viewing will began at 10 am , immediately followed by a funeral service which began at 11 am.  Both services will be held at Duncan Mortuary 5806 N Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028. Officiating will be Rev. B. K. Williams. Interment is Houston National Cemetery.
