Joycelyn Jasper passed away at the age of 38 on October 17, 2019 in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Jasper leaves to cherish her memory her husband, parents, children, and sibling along with a host of family and friends. Services will be held on Saturday November 2, 2019 at Jerusalem Baptist Church which is located on 2201 Tuam Houston, Texas 77004. Viewing will start at 9:00 am followed by an 10:00am service.

Interment: Will be held in Mansfield, Louisiana at Zion Hill Cemetery
