Mrs. Joyce M. Ruffin was born on September 13,1958 to Mr. Sam Ruffin and Miss. Annie Mae Green in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Ruffin departed this life on August 14, 2019 at the lovely age of 60. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.

Services for Mrs. Ruffin are as follow:

Funeral will be held on Saturday August 31, 2019 with a 10am viewing following an 11am service both are being held at Auqustana Lutheran Church located on 2001 Wheeler Ave. Houston, Texas 77004

Interment will be held at Houston Memorial Gardens which is located on 2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77581
