Johnnie Payne Martin was born on November 24, 1945 to Leola Lewis in Houston, Texas.  He passed away on April 19, 2019 surrounded by loved ones.  He was called to rest by our Lord and Savior on the 19th day of April 2019.  Lasting memories of him will be cherished by his loving wife Selma Kizzee Martin and all who loved him.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019.  Viewing 9 to 10:55 am followed by funeral service at 11 am.  Services will be held at Mt. Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, 7400 N. Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028.  Pastor Samuel Compton, Sr., Eulogist.

Interment at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery (Eastex Fwy.  @  Lauder Rd., Houston, Texas).
