Jesse Gardner, one of five children born to the loving parents, Fred and Cozetta Gardner. Jesse was born on August 25, 1939 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He attended public schools in the Settegast area where he graduated from the former B. C. Elmore High School. Jesse lived for and loved his family. He was called home to be with the Lord, Thursday, February 16, 2017. There will be an memorial service for Jesse Gardner, Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11:00 am. The service will be held at Christian Tabernacle Church, 13334 Wallisville Rd., Houston, Texas 77049. Officiating will be Pastor Donnie Simpson.
