Mr. Jasper Bailey was born on July 16, 1923, in Houston, Texas

On February 4, 2022, Jasper was called home to rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior.  He leaves to cherish loving memories of all who loved and knew him.

Interment: Golden Gate Cemetery
