Excell Sullivan Burns was born on September 24, 1923 to the parentage of William C. Sullivan and Viola Sullivan in Cameron, Texas. She passed away on April 26, 2017 in the comfort of her home surrounded by loved ones.
Celebration of her life and legacy will he held on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Visitation from 9 to 10:55am - followed by 11am funeral service, at Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church, 6902 Eastland St., Houston, TX 77028 - Pastor T. W. Brown officiating.
Burial will take place at Paradise South Cemetery (Pearland, Texas).
