1959-2023

Eleanor Johnson Alexander was born on December 27, 1954, to Henry Sr. and Ruby Lee Johnson. Eleanor was the fourth child born. She accepted
Christ at an early age,   and was baptized at Sunshine Missionary Baptist Church. Eleanor attended B.C. Elmore High School graduated in May 1973.

She married her childhood sweetheart, Calvin Alexander, shortly after graduating high school in 1973.
She pursued a career in hospital billing/coding, which led to over 20 years of employment at M.D. Anderson Hospital.

On July 10, 2023, God called   Eleanor into eternal rest to join her father and mother (Henry and Ruby Johnson), two brothers (Johnnie Belton and Larry Johnson), a  sister (Betty Dauphine), and a husband (Calvin Alexander).

She leaves to cherish  her   memories  two-step, daughters, Angela Blake and Maybell Austin, two nieces Shannon Brigham (Albert) and Letosha   Lowe (Larry), and two  nephews,  Marcus Duncan and Derone Dauphine (Keyonne), great nieces and nephews Rukeela, Aaron, Julian, and
Denzel. The following families are included in a host of cousins, McHenry, Braxton, and Chism and cherished family friends, the  Washington
and   Franklin families, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on July 22, 2023, at True Unveiling Christian Church 6601 Laura Koppe Rd, Houston Texas,77016.

Viewing will start at 10:00 am followed by a 11:00 am Funeral.
