On May 10, 1922, in Coldspring, Texas, a baby girl was born to Alfred Armstrong and Annie Rogers. They called her Earsell. She attended public school in Coldspring and Mary Allen College in Crockett, Texas. After moving to Houston, Texas, she attended Franklin Beauty College, where she obtained her Beautician's License.

On October 19, 2019, Earsell departed this life and returned to the loving arms of God.  She leaves, to cherish her memory: two nieces, Earnestine Turner and Mary Hood; a host of great, great great, great-great-great, and great-great-great-great nieces and nephews and cousins; and her church family.

Services for Mrs. Branch will be held on Saturday November 2,2019 at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church which is located on 4805 Hirsch Rd. Houston, Texas 77026. Viewing will start at 10:00 am followed by an 11:00am service.

Interment will be held at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery, Houston, Texas 77039
