Ms. Delores Ann Richard was born to the late Percy "Pope" and Bernice Richard on September 13, 1951 in Houston, Texas. She was the sixth of seven children. Delores confessed her life to Christ at an early age being baptized at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Frenchtown in the area known as Fifth Ward, Texas. Later changing her affiliation to St. Peter Claver Catholic Church with her family, upon moving to the Settegast area. She attended public schools in her community and graduated from B. C. Elmore High School. Ms. Richard was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Joseph Stanley (T-Bay) Richard.

She is survived by her beloved twin boys; Bradley "Pete" Jospeh Richard and Adley "Repete" Joseph Richard; five siblings, Joseph Wilfred Richard, Joseph Bradley Richard, Joseph Adley Richard, Anthony Richard (Barbara), Patricia Richard, one aunt Mary Thompson (Wilbur). Also a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.

Ms. Delores Richard Memorial Service will be held, Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Duncan Mortuary Chapel, 5806 N Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028 from 6 to 9 PM.
