1958 - 2022

Debra Ann Turk was born on July 26, 1958.  She was born in Tomball, Texas to loving parents Jim and Sallie Taylor.

Debra dedicated her life to Christ and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.  She often attended Fountain of Love Church of God in Christ where her nephew Elder Courtnay White is the Pastor.

Debra attended Tomball High School in Tomball, Texas.  On May 20, 1985, in Tomball, Texas, she united in marriage with Alvin Gene Turk.  Their loving union included six (6) children, all whom she loved dearly.  She worked for both Klein (where she retired) and Tomball Independent School Districts.

On October 27, 2022, Debra Ann Turk departed this life.  She is preceded in death by her father Jim Taylor, brother Larry Taylor, and son-in-law Reginald Fridie.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her mother Sallie Taylor; loving husband of thirty-seven (37) years, Alvin Turk; two (2) children, Tywanna Turk-Fridie and Patrick Turk (Marlo); two (2) stepchildren, Alvin Turk Jr., Miesha Crosby (Richard); two (2) adopted children, Sylvia Domonique Taylor, and D'anne Taylor; bonus son Telle Fountain Sr; three (3) grandchildren, Latravia Phillips (Eric), Telle Fountain Jr., Patrick Turk Jr; two (2) great-grandchildren, Eric Phillips II, Emmerson Phillips; a host of step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren; one (1) brother Jim Taylor III; ten (10) sisters, Roberta Taylor, Donna Sanders (Nathan), Bettie White (Herman), Linda Turk (Vernon), Rosie McDaniel (Kenneth), Betty Taylor, Mattie Taylor (Bernard), Susan Hogan (Julius), Koleta Maness, Anita Stevenson (Ray), a host of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The Life and Times of Debra Ann Turk will be celebrated on Saturday, November 5, 2022.  Viewing will start at 10 am followed by funeral service starting promptly at 11 am, at Fountain of Love Church of God in Christ, 24916 Troy St., Tomball, Texas 77375.  Pastor Countnay White officiating.

Burial will take place in Robert Cemetery, Hockley, Texas.
