Carl Wesley Baldwin passed away on September 4, 2026, in Houston, Texas. He was born on November 17, 1938, in New Willard, Texas.

Carl served his country with honor in the United States Army from 1955 to 1961 and was stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas. His military service was an important part of his life and is remembered with gratitude and respect.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his wife.

Services for Carl Wesley Baldwin will be held on September 16, 2026. A viewing will take place from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Duncan Mortuary Inc., 5806 N Wayside Dr, Houston, TX 77028. The funeral service will follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Duncan Mortuary Inc. Interment will take place at 1:00 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
