Burnis Turner, 79 years of age, was born on November 29, 1941 in Haynesville, Louisiana to the late Sam and Vera Fields Turner. He passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 at LBJ Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 13, 2021. Viewing will start at 11 am followed by funeral service at 12 pm. Service will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel, 5806 N. Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028. Reverend Timothy W. Criswell, Officiant.
Interment in Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas 77028. Gate time 2pm.
