Dr. Bill Quinney was born on August 30, 1951, in Pineville, Louisiana.

On August 5, 2021, Dr. Bill, was called home to rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior.  He leaves to cherish loving memories to all who loved and knew him.

Both Services will be held at Forest Lawn Baptist Church, located at 5012 Weaver Rd., Houston, Tx 77016

Interment: Golden Gate Cemetery.
