Arkansas, Houston, Texas 77093. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am, followed by the funeral at 10:00 am, officiated by Pastor Joseph Kirkpatrick Jr. Interment will take place at Cemetery Beautiful. Arthur will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
