Anthony Craig Galentine
1962 - 2022

Anthony Craig Galentine was born on January 11,1962 to loving parents, Wilfred and Theresa Benjamin Galentine in Houston, Texas. He was the seventh of 8 children born to this union.  He attended Ethel Coop Elementary, Patrick Henry Middle School, and graduated from Sam Houston High School.  As a young child he attended Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church where he was baptized and received his 1st Communion and Confirmation.

Anthony met and fell in love with Ms. Halcyon Sutton, and they married on April 16, 2017.  He was currently employed by the United States Postal Service.

Anthony departed this life on May 6, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Theresa Galentine; brother, Perry James Galentine; sister, Bernadine Galentine; nephews, Jonathan Milton and CaVondray Smith; and niece, Jessica Marie Charles.

Anthony leaves to cherish loving memories to his loving wife, Halcyon Galentine, daughters Mahoganye Galentine and Ashley Sutton, and son Anthony Sutton; brother Alfred Galentine (Patricia); sisters M. Milton, Jessie M. Barber, Sandra A. Pete (Cleveland), Theresa B. Perry (Emmett), Sandra E. Butler, and Tasha Zenon; Mahoganye's mother Brenda Graham, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended close relatives and friends.

Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022.  Viewing starting at 9 am followed by funeral service at 10 am, at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church, 7104 Homestead Rd., Houston, Texas 77028, Pastor Rodney Turner Sr., Officiating.

Burial will take place at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery (Houston, Texas) at 1 pm.
