Anthony J. Carter, born on July 24, 1963, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away on February 7, 2026. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. A service to honor his life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Duncan Mortuary Chapel, located at 5806 N. Wayside Dr, Houston, Tx 77028.
