Andrew  Tobias Francis was born to the loving parents of Andrew Tobie Francis, Jr. and Cloteal Walters  in Houston, Texas.  Mr. Francis was called home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2018.  He will be laid to rest on Saturday, May 26, 2018.  A viewing will be held from 10 - 11 am; immediately followed by a funeral service at 11.  Both services will be held at Duncan Mortuary Chapel 5806 N Wayside Dr., Houston, Texas 77028.
